Jim Bested has extensive experience, having worked for forty-four (44) years in the telecommunications field for various companies.
His journey started in 1973 when he went to work for the Otonabee Municipal Telephone System. His job was to build the telephone system from the central office to the customer’s residence. He quickly became familiar with all aspects of the trade, whether as a central office technician, lineman, cable splicer or installer.
In 1979, he became a lineman and cable splicer at Bell Canada, then went to work as an installer / repair technician for Entourage, which later became Bell Technical Solutions. In 2003, Jim became the director of a team of 34 technicians. He was later assigned to the position of trainer for all new employees. He retired in 2015.
Jim’s vast experience is definitely a major asset for INCOMM LTD. He joined the team in 2017.
